About ResetHour

ResetHour is an independent, fan-made guide to the Fortnite item shop and the leaks around it. We explain the mechanics, date every fact, and refuse the grey-area monetization the rest of this niche runs on.

What we cover

We focus on one thing: how the Fortnite item shop works and how the leaks around it should be read. That means the daily 00:00 UTC reset, how cosmetics are priced in V-Bucks, how returns and refunds work, what changed with V-Bucks pricing in March 2026, and where datamined "leaks" come from. We are not a general skin catalogue and we are not a rare-skin hype site — there are better places for those.

How we handle facts and leaks

Every price, rule and date on this site carries the day we checked it, because Fortnite's shop and pricing move. Our "today's shop" page is a snapshot pulled from the public fortnite-api.com endpoint and stamped with the exact UTC time we fetched it — it is never presented as live. And we treat leaks as unofficial by default: the item is usually real, but the release date, price and existence are all unconfirmed until Epic actually lists it. We will never print a leaked date as a promise.

What we will not do

We do not link or promote skin-gambling and case-opening sites, account sellers, "free V-Bucks" generators, or V-Bucks "glitch" pages. Fortnite cosmetics and V-Bucks cannot be traded or resold, so any site offering to buy or sell them is running a scam, and we keep our distance from all of it. Our only monetization is legitimate V-Bucks gift cards from established resellers, plus Epic's Support-A-Creator programme if we are ever accepted into it.

Independence and trademarks

ResetHour is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games. Fortnite and all cosmetic names and imagery are the property of Epic Games; we use them only to describe and identify the items we write about. Cosmetic renders are served from our own domain for speed. How we make money is set out in full in our affiliate disclosure.
