Email [email protected]. Because our facts carry check-dates, corrections are especially useful — if a V-Bucks figure or a shop rule has changed since we last verified it, let us know and we'll update the page and its date. We read everything, though we can't always reply individually.
What we can't help with
We are not Epic Games and cannot help with account issues, refunds, bans, purchases or lost items — contact Epic's official support for anything to do with your account. We also can't buy, sell or trade skins or V-Bucks for you; none of that is possible in Fortnite, and anyone claiming otherwise is scamming you.
Press and partnerships
The same address handles partnership and press enquiries. We only work with legitimate V-Bucks and game-key sellers, and any commercial relationship is disclosed on the page it appears. We decline all approaches from skin-gambling, case-opening and account-selling services.
